HGH India is a wonderful platform that brings brands’ innovations & new products to the buyers & retailers. HGH India is also an essential platform where we are able to connect with the potential retail partners to not only see the products but also collaborate in placing their products in their market. Being first time in Bangalore, the response has been more than expected.

We attend a lot of national and international exhibitions and HGH India, in its last 13 years of journey, has provided us with a lot of opportunities to understand various brands from several parts of India. As a brand, it is very difficult to source going to various parts of India, but HGH India has eased our difficulties by bringing such connections under one roof.

The purpose of HGH is to have B2B client. What I really liked is the Government sponsored booths which were into handicrafts and that’s what we are into. I loved seeing and meeting the artisans doing the work themselves. I ended up picking a lamp which was completely hand crafted and made on the leather, a very unusual concept and I happened to get attracted to it. Beautiful experience! The conferences I think were the hero of the entire show.

I think HGH India has been our integral part of sourcing, and it's been 10+ years we've been sourcing through this trade show. Being from Bengaluru myself, I am very happy for HGH India being held in Bangalore because there are a lot of South penetrated brands, retailers & distributors who would like to come and meet with them. I think it’s a great move altogether.

I've been coming to HGH India exhibition for many years now. It's good to see something like this of international standards in India. We have multiple brands like Wonderchef or Sanjeev Kapoor brand which is licensed to different manufacturers across products, be it glassware, cookware, tableware or serveware under which we offer different products. We are proud partners with HGH India for many years and very happy that both brands, Sanjeev Kapoor and HGH India have evolved.

I am super excited and very happy to be launching licensing program for my home and living brand Kateeka on HGH India platform. HGH India is truly a pioneer and a market leader when it comes to trade shows, giving so many Indian as well as global brands an opportunity to showcase their valuable products under one roof. We couldn't be happier that we are launching our brand in partnership with HGH India.I invite different brands and manufacturers under the umbrella of HGH India.

Vicky Ratnani Celebrity Chef, Founder Speak Burgers

I'm really excited about launching my brand licensing program at HGH India. The kind of integration we are looking for is about contemporary yet traditional, functional and definitely a bit of lifestyle as well.I think in today's day and age everybody loves and is very conscious about what they wear, what they eat, where they eat, how they cook, where they cook and how do they serve that.I think I'm quite ready to launch a brand in partnership with some great players to bring about the whole philosophy of this into this world.

Chinmay Bhatt CCA & Head, Home Stop, Shoppers Stop

I think I've been visiting the fair since inception. I think I've been visiting the fair since inception. A good… very good exhibition. The floor plate is perfect because it caters to various categories and the way it is designed it's seamless for any buyer to browse. What I've also liked is overall there is a good demonstration and there is a good participation and interaction for the trade buyers to know what the product and the categories are. So yeah, great to be here again. And now HGH India is moving to Bengaluru in its next edition.

Rajan Malhotra Head of Buying and Merchandising, Non-food items, Reliance Retail

This is my seventh year of visiting HGH India. During the initial shows, it used to be a two-hour affair for my team to meet all the exhibitors and today at this 15th edition, my team has spent 3 days trying to meet every single exhibitor, trying to understand their product and find new sources for supply. I have seen the show grow from strength to strength and it provides us with a great platform to meet old and new suppliers all under one roof.A show of this caliber is a wonderful opportunity for all key stakeholders in the retail industry

Bharat Haria Partner, Mahavir Home Store

I make it a point to be here at HGH India every year and that is non-negotiable. HGH India has grown year on year and I see it at par with the best international trade shows, especially the facilities provided here for the exhibitors as well as the visitors. Entry of new exhibitors in every edition brings newness to the show. The energy at the show is lively and now that HGH India is venturing South which is a very potential market, I wish the team the Best of Luck for their new chapter.

It is a great initiative by HGH India, to bring the industry together with brands, manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers. They are supporting artisans as well. We have seen HGH India grow from strength to strength through the last 12 editions and this being the 13th edition it is even bigger. Consumer base in India is growing, not just in metros but smaller cities as well. They are becoming more aware and conscious.

Smt. Vandana Kumar Additional Secretary, Rajya Sabha Secretariat

It’s my pleasure to be at HGH India this year. Textiles and handicrafts are one of the largest employers. This trade show showcases Indian brand in the best possible manner with our hand-crafted home textiles, furnishings, decorative made-ups, rugs etc. with high value addition. I also had an opportunity to speak to some of the exhibitors who are a regular at HGH India and that is clearly because of the value that the show adds.

Mr. Khozema Chitalwala Architect, VIP

As a designer, the most important thing is to finish the project not only the hard, hard, hardscape of it, but the soft part of it. Whether it may be residential, commercial and hospitality, I feel that HGH India is one of the best platform on which you can look, source and meet not only the retailers, but you meet manufacturers and the manufacturers too. I should must thank IIID Mumbai chapter and HGH India for collaborating

Neha Jain Visitor (Owner UDC Homes)

We're a wallpaper brand based out of Delhi. I've been visiting HGH since the past almost 8 years, if I remember. And, I can absolutely see the difference that they're bringing into the home decor industry. It's a great platform for B2B customers and for any upcoming furnishings brand or a home decor brand to showcase their product or to buy new products for their respective stores.

Sonali Bhandari HEAD - Homeware, PRAXIS RETAIL LTD.

I'm happy to be here at HGH India after a break of two years. And it's exciting to see the way the HGH India has grown and the number of participants and the new products that are available. It's a great place to meet new vendors, and look at the trends and changing products. HGH India is a great place to be to source new product that is really going to cater to those new, evolved Indian consumers.

Shalini Tandon VP-Brand Management & Sourcing at Nykaa Fashion

HGH for me has been always a very enriching and fascinating experience. You see so many brands come up, you see so many business partners, colleagues. Everyone comes together as an industry. HGH India has been very special because the way they have been understanding the consumer and their journey every year is something which is needed for our market. I specifically came here for Kids home

Mr. Amit Ruparelia Past Chairman, TEXPROCIL

I have seen all the previous editions of HGH India and the show is just becoming better and better year on year. In terms of its displays and decor and layouts of the booths, it is international level and exceeds our expectations each years.

Sulaiman Hirani Managing Director- Darpan Furnishings

I am overwhelmed to be present at HGH India 2018 and believe that its growth since the very first edition has been exponential. A lot of new players, categories and products have been added this year and I am certain that the three days that I have invested here will benefit the growth of my own business to a great extent. We have built a rapport with quite a few exhibitors and I personally believe that this trade show is the best of its kind in the Home Textiles space.

Vinod Khandelwal General Manager, Buying and Merchandising- @home

HGH India is a great trade show for country’s market. It has grown with each passing year and has now reached a level where it can be compared to any international trade show. I assumed that I would be able to complete my tour of this show within a day or two, but I was mistaken as it is huge, and the display of diverse products in three halls has provided the scope for a lot to be explored. I am also impressed with the Trends Pavilion as I feel that they are at par with industry standards, and it is great to see the quality of international exhibitors this year.

HGH India 2016
Vikram Chitnis Business Head & Customer Care Associate, HomeStop , Mumbai

So this year I think you have two halls that has made a difference with clear segregation so even my team used to get confused in between, suddenly you will have textiles and you will have somewhere décor or something. It is very clear and I think it is more focussed. People think that it is more organised that is what. And I think more number of participants, more number of exhibitors, more number of visitors I think and definitely it is much better. See it is always like, we introduce last year also we got some international brands from HGH, and we are quite hopeful this year also we will get something different. Even, not only whereas brands, even some private label people we will get, I think. That is what is helping. But I think obviously it is useful to have international players and lot of international people are also here who have actually come as visitors. So you know that also should be helping you people. Showcase from brands and plus at one g you can see everything and lot of international exposure, people don’t need to go out now and they can get everything here. They can get I think better feel and they can have more interactions with the brands who are even in India also those people are not able to showcase everything otherwise you know. But, when such kind of occasions, they get all their products, so it is very useful to us I think. Definitely yes, because I have been associated for the last five years and I think in retail, since we are in retail business, so we will be definitely coming to such kind of shows.

Kuldeep Wattal Chairman, Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC)

Last three years as I have been seeing has grown many a fold. And has become very very vital and important for the domestic market consumers and the retailers. Because HGH is now one platform for many a crafts, many a textile things which are being made in India, which have been focusing mostly on the exports, have not given any weightage to the domestic market. HGH has been one of the platforms where, who has been instrumental in getting all those big manufacturers together to see what the demands are and to see and show to the people that this product can be also sold in their country itself. See HGH, as I see has already made a niche in the domestic market. They have understood the requirements, they have exhibition parameters of international standards that is what we require. So, but over the years they are also in the learning mode and have adopted to requirements of the world consumers, the world buyers. And they are very selective in putting the companies who have good name and have made niche in their field to bring them on this platform. HGH can play a very vital role. As I see, as I told you over the, I have seen the fair growing year by year, so HGH doing all what is required to make a fair to the international level. No compromise with the quality, this is the mantra of HGH. They don’t compromise with the quality, they don’t compromise with the standards laid for the exhibition, and they are always in the listening mode, whatever the exhibitor wants, whatever the exhibitors require, they always try to follow it up in the subsequent fairs.
